There is no travel fee for the large majority of jobs, because most fall inside our standard range. A job outside it is handled case by case, not on a published radius or flat fee.

    How soon can you come?

    We answer and schedule between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Same-day and next-day availability is genuine, depending on what is already on the board. Calling (512) 333-8525 is the quickest way to find out what is open.

    Do I need to provide tools?

    No. We bring all professional tools needed for the job. What has to be there are the bolts and screws that came in the box.

    What happens if a part is short or damaged?

    We tell you immediately, help identify it, and guide you on getting the replacement.

    What happens to the cardboard?

    We cut down and stack all cardboard and packaging wherever you want it left. Full haul-away is available as a paid add-on.
