Get in touchYes, and it has to be arranged in advance. TV mounting and wall anchoring need a technician qualified for it, so tell us when you book and we will send the right crew. Sprung on us on the day, it is not something we can add.
Every box and all packaging is broken down as standard on every job and left wherever you want it. Full haul-away is available as an add-on if you would rather it left with us.
We check the parts against the list before we start, and if something is short or damaged we tell you straight away and help you identify the replacement with the retailer.
Yes. Moving pieces between addresses is an additional service rather than part of a standard assembly, so tell us when you book and we will scope it with the job. Moving a piece from one room to another inside your home is included.
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and provide Certificates of Insurance and W-9 documentation on request, and we scale crews to the project size and the deadline.
