There is no travel fee for the large majority of jobs, because most fall inside our standard range. A job outside it is handled case by case, not on a published radius or flat fee.

Yes. We carry general liability coverage and provide Certificates of Insurance and W-9 documentation upon request, prepared to meet property management, developer and general contractor compliance requirements for commercial project approval.
Same-day and next-day availability is genuine, seven days a week between 8am and 8pm. For a phased install we schedule around your delivery dates. Availability is fastest to confirm by phone on (512) 333-8525.
Get in touchBreaking the cardboard down is standard on every job, and we stack it wherever you want it left. Full haul-away and disposal is available as a paid add-on. Tell us at scope review and we price it into the quote.
Yes, and it has to be arranged in advance. TV mounting and wall anchoring need a technician qualified for it, so tell us at booking and we will send the right crew; furniture designed to be anchored is anchored as the manufacturer specifies. What we do not take on is repairs, custom cutting or building of furniture and materials, and anything electrical.
We tell you immediately, help identify the missing parts, and guide you on getting replacements from the supplier so the sequence can carry on around it.
Yes, as an additional service rather than part of a standard install, so tell us at booking and we will scope it with the job. Moving a piece between rooms or zones on the same site is included.
