There is no travel fee for the large majority of jobs, because most fall inside our standard range. A job outside it is handled case by case, not on a published radius or flat fee.

Before the crew arrives
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and provide Certificates of Insurance and W-9 documentation on request. Property management, developers and general contractors normally want that on file before an install date is confirmed. It is a document, not a badge, and you can have it before you commit to anything.
We review furniture specifications, floor plans, delivery timing and site access before work begins. In a tower that means the lift you can reserve, the dock the vehicle can use, and how long it is allowed to stay there. Tell us the window the building gave you and we schedule the crew to it.
A downtown one-bedroom has nowhere to put twenty-three flat cartons and a floor of packing paper. We cut down and stack all cardboard and packaging wherever you want it left, in whatever corner the building's chute or bin room allows. Full haul-away is available as a paid add-on, which downtown is often the easier answer.
Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. The late end of that window is the one that matters downtown, because most residents are not home at two in the afternoon and most buildings will not release a lift at noon. Last-minute scheduling is common and often possible.
